Needles to say it's a Phantom copy, but I hope there will be no fly-aways as it is with DJI stuff. And if it happens, lets hope Walkera will not deny this like DJI, and provide good customer support as they doing it very well by now...

Real nice Review & hobby King is not good on tracking or delivery on many things but it usually arrives about the time you think you will never get it ! !

All versions with the black rubber balls on the feet and black motor tops are per-production models. If you look closely it's different to the one he actually shows you at the beginning. Check out all the videos on YouTube, black feet bottoms and black motor tops equal pre-production models. All release versions have grey feet balls and grey motor tops ;-)

It was easy doing fpv on my phantom, just used the immersion 5.8, spiral antennas and fatshark all from Hobbyking and used my gopro camera as the fpv camera

Have a feeling you might be correct-well pleased with the DJI Phantom, however I will need to buy one to compare..nearly finished a Phantom review site, so will compare the two.
