Actually the moment when the spitfire bumped the V1 with its wing is an actual recorded (and photographed) moment in history. The real inaccuracy is an Attacker engaging an ME262.

Actually some Spitfires were used to intercept v1 Flying bombs, for example the Griffon engine Spitfire the Mk XIV

the attacker was a navy fighter of britain and it really was in service

Also those were Vickers machine guns. They fir a 7.7mm round which is what it said.

The Spitfire Mk. I chasing down a V-1? The V-1 could reach speeds of about 420 miles per hour. The Spitfire Mk.1 just about 360 mph. The V-1 entered Service on June the 13th 1944, The Spitfire Mk. I was phased out in, I think 1941/1942.

Though the Blenheim scene looked cool as hell, they were medium bombers, the interceptors were beaufighters ( or, I guess hurricanes)
