Battlestar Galactica Resurrection Deadlock Season 2 Preview
Galactica has been rebuilt into the new Jupiter 2 iteration - let us take a look at the new additions to this fantastic game from Black Lab and Slitherine
Battlestar Galactica Deadlock: Resurrection marks the beginning of Season Two, and introduces a plethora of new features and content.
Two new ships (including the much-awaited Jupiter MK II Battlestar), two new squadrons, and a new story campaign told from the CIC deck of the Galactica itself.

The two new ships are the powerful, heavily-armoured Jupiter Mk II and the Cylon Cratus-class basestar, a "behemoth of a ship that serves as a mobile operational base". The new squadrons are the Taipan, which are "heavy hitting anti-capital strike vehicles", and the Vespid, a swarm of swift bombers.

The DLC marks the start of Battlestar Galactica Deadlock's Season 2, which comes with a free update that tweaks mouse and keyboard controls, changes the UI, reworks the bullet system and adds new effects to change the look of battles.

Resurrection is the fifth piece of DLC for the game—the previous one, Sin and Sacrifice, added radio chatter and 11 new missions

I am surprised that they didn’t get the actor who played Commander Nash in Blood & Chrome to reprise his role or even using the Blood & Chrome CIC of the Galactica.

A dlc that would let you walk about with maybe some mini games like do some repairs calculate an ftl jump would make a fun dlc

I personally would have redirected at least one viper squadron to defend the manticore after the initial massed missile strike on her while moving away and then changing to a defensive posture before the next missile strike

Now i see why the developers shut down modding the game. i was using a mod that increased hardpoints for battlestars so i could have 3 viper squads. They said it was against their licensing contract to allow modding. No they wanted to be able to make money from selling DLC with ships having increased hardpoints.

That first mission was incredibly poorly played. Lol.
