Number 10 is mostly offices. The part where the PM lives is actually both small and plain. Palatial it is not.

It's funny that they say that the "residence" doesn't have enough space to govern. I mean, Hugh Grant was able to disco dance through the whole thing in Love Actually - seemed pretty roomy then. ;)
