Fake or Real Suavecito? Are you being ripped off!?!?

In this video I share with you how to determine if your pomade is fake or real. I also review both pomades to see which is better.

the real one is a double wall jar the other is a single wall jar, and thanks for taking one for the team and trying the fake, just be careful doing that messing with the fake stuff never know what could be in it.... good video....

The smell is also stronger on the real, in my case. Just noticed too when I look at the bottom of the jars, the real has "suavecito" logo imprinted. The fake is just a blank bottom.

Wow, never knew they made a fake. Just checked the ones I have, and they are stamped on the bottom made in USA Santa Ana, CA.

Another way you can tell it's a counterfeit is ask people on Reddit. There are people there who will troll you on Reddit to protect those counterfeit Suavecito pomade. I won't mention the nationality, because you already know where they are from.

The loss of bubbles in the fake u it is due to the pomade melting during transit.
A great hint to that is the tilted pomade rather than it being fully flat.

Melting would also cause the product to lose the bubbles bc obviously it liquifies to a certain extent.

So I wouldn't look to this as a dead give away

Fake has styrofoam in cap and real has suavecito etched in 3d letters on the bottom

Bought 1 from Amazon for 15£, a real one. Then got one for 8£ from Ebay, a fake one just like in this video, there is actually less of a product in fake one, because of inside shape of the jar, that's why it is lighter than real one. But quality wise they are pretty much the same, I actually did not notice any difference.

Damn... I’ve been buying cheap Suavecito from American eBay sellers (likely made in China) for the past year (two 4 oz tubs) and I never thought to look into that until recently. I still have my hair fortunately lol, but now that I’m aware I’m disgusted and nervous of what I might have been using. I contacted Suavecito to hear their opinions and am hoping for a response when they’re available this week

Inside my suavecito container the gel is a way lighter color does that mean it's fake or have they changed there formula I have the regular suavecito pomade not the firm one or reactive with water one

This video was informative and surprising. The only thing I don’t understand, is why would you need pomade? You’ve hardly got any hair. I’d like to see a video where the real V fake are tested on somebody with a big head of hair who’s wanting that slicked-back quiff. Silvio Dante style.
