AUTOMATED FORMS IN SERVICEM8

We have been busy designing automated forms in ServiceM8! If you use ServiceM8 as your Job Management System, you can buy our forms on the Form Store, or ask us about customised forms that are specifically designed for your business.

Test and Tag Inspection form: This is designed for Electrical Companies that complete Testing and Tagging in large premises. Your technicians simply open the form in the job card, and click through the questions for each appliance or cord. At the end of the report, they can sign it with their finger, and then produce a PDF report with one click.

Your technicians simply open the form in the job card, and click through the questions for each unit. Airconditioner inspections: We designed this one for Aircon Companies that complete servicing on multiple aircons in a building. Your technicians simply open the form in the job card, and click through the questions for each unit. At the end of the report, they can sign it with their finger, and then product a PDF report with one click.
