I have a theory. Maybe the body guard shot at meg and kelsey fighting to break up the fight on torys request because meg was whooping her ass and he felt responsible for the possibility that meg would seriously hurt Kelsey knowing how crazy she is and knowing that he was who they were fighting over. Kelsey aint gonna tell on some1 who was just trying to protect her from harm. Tory doesn't feel like its his fault because he aint shoot and the shots were just meant to break things up - the bullet fragments hitting megs foot was just an unlucky roll of the dice, and meg really thinks that tory shot the weapon but doesn't want to say what really happened in terms of her being on the offensive with kelsey because a case can be made that she was endangering her life and would let tory off the hook because he and the guard/driver was just defending someone against her. Tory also feels responsible for the guard shooting because he pushed him to do it.

The bodyguard's employer has told him to make himself scarce until after the trial.
If he is like most male bodyguards, he has a strong sense of honor and would be unwilling to lie under oath. MTS would not like that testimony given, so she had him go somewhere for a month or so.
