Cheater found on Napoleon Total War Online *Must see*

Ok, so I was playing a bit of Napoleon TW today and I joined this game hosted by one of the Dragons member...I think it is the same kinda cheat that WARCRY used once,and I really doubt this is a game bug since I've never seen one.
Anyways, if you ever see a game hosted by these guys expect to be cheated on...Oh , just kidding, I don't intend to hurt their clan but I hate cheating, I find it very lame and the ones using it are just cowards (even though it's not a big cheat).
I am showing this video just because I don't want to see cheating used in this great game and destroy people's experience online. Games are supposed to be fun and shall not be taken so seriously. Excuse my grammar mistakes in the video or description if there are any... GL and please never use cheats of any kind, form or shape.

It's a bug and a cheat at the same time. Like that you can induce your opponent into thinking that you're going to bring a different faction, which could have severe impact on his army build.

Its a bug bro I stumbled across it today. I thought I was the only one who knew it untill I saw this. does it effect unit stats?
