1. Gojo uses a special technique called 'infinity' which is basically infinite space that surrounds him so anything dangerous cannot even touch him unless he cannot comprehend his enemy (for example if the enemy is of higher dimesion or has invisibility) which luffy can be seen therefore he cannot bypass Gojo's infinity

2. Domain expansion. Gojo has a cursed technique called 'Domain Expansion: Unlimited Void' (a domain expansion is the most powerful cursed technique that a being can use it enhances the user's technique and in some cases weakens the victim. Gojo's domain expansion strikes the victim with infinite knowledge and the victim will feel everything while not feeling anything this overwhelming technique will stun the enemy so they cannot move or use any cursed techniques and since a domain expansion is a guaranteed hit luffy cannot survive this

3. Hollow purple is a imaginary mass of cursed energy that destroys anything in its path, now this might not work on luffy the first time but if gojo keeps hitting him it will surely damage him to the point that he will get knocked out

Edit: for those dumbasses that say "oh he can just punch through him and gojo's infinity would work cause he is a 'god' 🤓" he is not invisible, he is not an higher dimesion being that cannot be seen or interacted by 3rd dimensional beings and luffy has matter manipulation but even though he cannot stop a domain expansion as confirmed by the jjk anime and manga no matter what if a domain expansion is activated it cannot be stopped unless the opponent uses a stronger domain expansion to counter it and even if luffy somehow manage to not get stunned by the infinite knowledge he cannot use his abilities or domain expansion (cause he ain't got a domain expansion) and if gojo uses hollow purple it will damage luffy no matter what if it hits it will do damage the hollow purple is an imaginary technique and therefore cannot be stopped only countered sukuna couldn't stop the hollow purple from damaging sukuna cause he cannot interact with a imaginary technique

Remember, gear 5 can basically do anything. It all depends on the user’s imagination. Also, does Gojo know haki? Luffy can probably just give himself the effects of a logia type devil fruit, making Luffy immune to Gojo’s attacks. Luffy can unleash Conqueror’s Haki so powerful, it can impact hundreds of thousands of men. And did I not mention even if Luffy loses once, or even twice, he’ll come back with a strategy to directly counter his opponent. Did you all forget how he handled Crocodile in the Alabasta saga? Also, did you forget his fights with Katakuri and Kaido? Luffy beats Gojo low diff.
