Pokemon Ruby Repro Cart Full Review

I wanted to show you guys a reproduction of pokemon ruby that was really well done and I wanted to review the cartridge quality and look as well as the integrity and look of the gameplay. My honest thoughts are within the video. I do not own the music in pokemon in any way and it was in the video for review purposes only.

After all, the repro carts are the same base game and experience. Perfect for people who wanna experience the game, but don’t wanna shell out the crazy prices of an authentic copy.

I actually do collect original authentic games for all consoles whenever I can find them and when I can afford to spend the extra cash. But I'm not just a collector I also just wants to go back and play the old games on actual cartridges on the original consoles. A lot of people these days will use emulators either on a PC or some other Android box. That's fine but I find that emulators don't always work they're glitchy and the games don't perform like they should originally most of the time. So for me buying reproduction cartridges is perfect for those times when I just want to build a collection of games to play not so much for authenticity. I've had a game boy advance for quite some time now don't have very much games for it with reproduction games out there I can actually build a library of game boy advance cartridges.

Well, considering that Nintendo just blocked being able to add funds to the 3ds Eshop. Repro carts are starting to look pretty good.

they are hit or miss at times you will get a good reproduction or at times bad but the real copies are so much more they work on gamesharks to cant get stuff because of the clock not working just use a gameshark

I think repros are better than the real cartridges because it doesn't have the battery running dry (because there ain't no battery), they are far cheaper than real cartridges (saw a copy of Emerald going for 200$ so yeah) and they do everything a real copy does (minus the Migrate From RSE cuz repros don't get recognized by the DS Pokemon games)

I think they’re worth it, most times Pokémon gba games cost upwards of €200….

Do you happen to know if the shiny odds are still there. I have heard that the reproduction gba pokemon games dont have shiny pokemon at all. So I was just curious if it's a rumor or truth

Just an FYI some repros don't fit in the gba game slot on a gba/gbasp if that happens just play it on a og ds and it'll fit fine

This repro Ruby is not good. it has a big problem with internal clock because it has no battery. That's why. I think this repro ruby will send you a note to had to delete save file due to internal clock has missing a battery for a few hours later. Sadly, repro ruby can't migrate with DS Pokemon games like D/P/PLT and HG/SS because of missing battery.
