Add half bottle of neem water and fill the other half bottle with rose water. Preserve it in the fridge for a week. Use it twice/thrice on your face. (It might cause irritation but is totally worth it)

You can also just buy name powder at an Indian Grocers or health food store or online and put a teaspoon in a tall glass of water and drink it because that is also very good for getting rid of acne as well as parasites and it is a natural antifungal and antibiotic .
And you can help even a little bit more by making a paste of it and putting it on the acne but drinking it is the way to really kill the problem

Yes neem is vry helpful to treat acne . I boiled neem leaves n bath with that water and eat 2 pieces of neem leaves at morning
