Is there a twin in your family? 👯‍♀️
If you’ve ever seen identical twins you’ve probably wondered why this happens 🤷‍♂️and there are plenty of scientific explanations for each twin pregnancy. But there are some places on Earth where for some reason, having twins becomes as usual as having single babies.

The village of Kodinhi in Kerala India is one of those magical mysterious places.
Here most families have at least one pair of twins.
It’s so common to have twins that many classrooms have more than one pair of twins.
Sometimes twin parents marry and have twin children, can you imagine how confusing that must be 🧓🏽🧓🏽🧑🏾🧑🏾👶🏽👶🏽

The crazy part is that scientists from different countries have come to Kodinhi to annalize the situation but they can’t seem to come up with the reason for why this is happening. But they realized that even when people come to live in Kodinhi for some time and then leave, those families also end up having twins.
The world is still full of mysteries and we love that!
