I have one of those Les Paul's (the 2013 model). The thing weighs a ton, but it sounds amazing with the P90s. And I love the chunky neck. It's one of my favorite guitars in my collection.

I am a proud owner of one of the 400. It's heavy like a bowling ball. The trapeze tail does not (for me) interfere with playing at all, and is very adjustable for the nice low-action that I like. Playing on the high frets is a bit of a hand stretch, but the sound is amazing. The compliment I get the most about the guitar is the finish on the back. The gold drips into the wood grain. If anyone out there gets an opportunity to get one of the 400, I say go for it. It's all Les Paul, and more. Oh, and within a year of ownership it's used-market price has increased a thousand bucks. Not that I'd ever sell it.

That Gold finish looks fantastic..until you play it..mine would have tear stains..crying over every scratch and ding from usage..
