Who Can Knock Kirby off the Platform Without Jumping??

Simple little challenge.. Kirby is sittin there minding his business, but you cannot jump. How can we disturb him and knock him off the platform?

Jigglypuff could shield break and use the respawn platform for more height. Definitely cheating but still not technically jumping

The amount of accruacy you need to land DK's up special on that small platform is kinda impressive, including the fact that there's already a character on the platform too.

I HAVE AN EXPLANATION FOR WHY LUIGI CAN'T DO THIS:

Luigi could not have ended up any higher after side-b without jumping, meaning the up-b would do minimal knockback, which would not be enough to knock Kirby off the platform. If he ran off and then did side-b, his fall speed would not work in his favor, meaning his up-b would not reach Kirby at all. So Luigi fails this challenge regardless.

And if you're about to say he could have landed on the platform, I have another explanation for you:

Luigi would get pushed off by Kirby's body. If he somehow got more to the right (like how DK did) then maybe he would have won, but the positioning of Kirby was the same for all characters, so it's a guaranteed fail for Luigi.

TLDR: It is impossible for Luigi to win.

There are so many creative ways Steve can win this, like hitting himself with TNT then using that height to launch a powered rail-boosted Minecart to command grab Kirby and drag him off the platform... Of course I haven't seen Steve do it yet
