You can buy enteric capsules which can survive the acid soup of the stomach enabling the probiotics to get to the intestines, this is something I have been doing for around 3 weeks and I also put a couple of grams into a colostrum and raw milk drink. I had suffered 3 years of sitting on the edge of hell in the toilet for 80% of the day but since filling the enteric capsules with the Garden of life 400 billion probiotics I have turned a corner and now have some hope of reclaiming a measure of my old self.

Anything over 50 normally is somebody getting out of the hospital who are already on and antibiotics
