Being vegan is effortless when you find out as much as you can on the ethical and environmental reasons, and to continuously research and keep up to date with information :) can I suggest watching these; cows piracy, 101 reasons to go vegan (I found this the most eye opening), forks over knives, milk (on Netflix) vegucated, watch/read peta videos and posts on their website and YouTube channel, and also just following helpful vegan youtubers you enjoy watching, bite size vegan is amazingly helpful and informative! Don't want to force it on you but since you want to go more vegan as one of your resolutions I thought it might be nice to suggest some helpful recourses xx
