Rey Movie Script TITLE Reveal

They're basically giving Rey the story that Luke was supposed to have.

I hope they portrayed Rey as having given up on everything and confining herself, sad and alone, to an island waiting to die.

They went from having Episode 9 being the least excited I've ever been to see a Star Wars movie, to Episode 10 being the least excited I've ever been to see ANY movie.

I think its really funny how they are making a Rey movie about re establisning the Jedi Order, when that should have been what Luke did in the sequel trilogy

I had an idea for the movie. After the events of The Rise Of Skywalker, Rey enters the World Between Worlds and goes through a portal to the end of Return Of The Jedi. She finds Luke & Leia and warns them about all the messed-up stuff that happens on her timeline and they promise not to let it happen, returning legends material to canon.

We just had 3 fail Rey films. Why on Earth would there ever need to be another one?? The definition of insanity is repeating the same fails time after time.

This movie has potential if they do certain things. Rey should discover that because of Kylo Ren's death her connection to the Force has been diminished because the Dyad which gave her strength was severed upon his death. Rey is also haunted by a shadow of the dark side which resides within her due to the way she defeated Palpatine.

She struggles to rebuild the Jedi order as she is treated with mistrust by the remnants of the New Republic because she is a Palpatine and also because she calls herself a Skywalker (as we learn not all view the Skywalker's favourably because of Anakin Skywalker and Ben Solo). She is also hunted down by the remnants of the First Order.

She is alone and lost without her power, and the loss of her powers has made her afraid - harkening back to Palpatine's message to Anakin that those with power fear to lose it. She faces the temptation from the darkside entity within her that if she accepted the Dark Side, she could have all of her power back and be greater than all Jedi and Sith. However, she resolves that she must turn aside from that power, even if it means she will never be strong enough to face her foes now pursuing her.

A smart move would have her being counselled by the Skywalker force ghosts, make Finn a Jedi also (or at least an overt force user); and lean in hard to the Star Wars mythos and mysticism and avoid leaving important plot details unexplained.

The rest of the film can take whatever form it needs to, but if they do this to Rey it will: a) give a proper explanation to her Sequel Trilogy powers; b) give her actual character progression; c) give her some internal conflict and flaws; and d) redress many of the mistakes from the Sequels.

Honestly I hope it’s terrible, I hope it has an abysmal opening weekend, I hope they leave it on a cliffhanger but that it loses so much money that they can’t justify making more.
