I can see it being some hallucination fruit to fit Loki being a trickster. Hopefully him and Usopp get into a trickery competition to improve on Usopps tools

The reason I say he’s the blood stained serpent is because it’s an ancestral devil fruit so on little garden they weren’t necessarily referring to Loki just the fruit in general. Kind of like Oda’s interpretation of jormungandr

I think it will be a shapeshifter fruit that would allow the user to become anyone or anything they see with it. I think Loki will eventually die and Usopp will obtain the fruit and be able to transform into things. Forshadowed by him being Zoro's sword in Enis Lobby and Nami's shield earlier one in this arc. Also could explain why his silhouette looks quite different from the flashback in Whole Cake.

I know its stated lokis dad in One piece was called Harold (probably so there is not an Odin and Oden). but Odin in has the ability of foresight from his one eye. Also he is known for his "Odin force" power that's also depicted in Marvel I guess it could be spun to a paramesia?

I do feel like there could be multiple actual sun gods. This is true in the real world, maybe Oda will play with this.

Even though I'm going through zoan-fruit fatigue, if Loki were to have a df, I'd want it to the Hito-Hito no mi, model: Surtur. I believe Surtur is the catalyst for Ragnorak(correct me if I'm wrong), and it would explain why Loki dubbed himself as a sun god. From his perspective, he's a deity engulfed in flames similar to how one would describe a "sun-god".
