I reset this game by downloading google play games on my PC, installed game Township, started a game, I completed tutorial, then I was given a choice if I want to keep this new game or the backed up game, so I chose the new game, started a game on a mobile and I'm playing the new game on my mobile, it is all, have a nice day.
