Full Suspension Mower Build - Part 8 - It Runs!

Finally got it all put together and was able to get out for some test runs!

I just watched your whole build series!!! Very nice!!! Got some great ideas for the build I'm about to do, and confirmed some of the ideas I already had in my Good stuff!!!

Sick!! I made a "full suspension mower with a transaxle but the way I did it was kind of just a glorified seat suspension in the rear rigid frame and the hole fender body and dash pivoted with a slot for the steering column to move and the hood just kind of slid to make it look and feel like rear suspension it is extremely effective and super easy with the right mower... I have a bunch of videos on my channel of mower stuff that I did years
ago but I have a peerless 820 and a V-Twin.. planning on building true full suspension like a three link in the front and a mano ball or something like that in the rear so I'm going to have a whole other dimension of belt flex to deal with I have seen some old equipment with crazy bell routing like twists and going around corners.. I know an articulating monolink rear suspension is possible with a belt driven transaxle I think I'm going to copycat your roller idea if I have issues but I'm really not even sure that's necessary except for the fact that

This video helped me figure out what im gonna do with my suspension, im using what i got so no welder lmao, but getting a small 90cc atv for 100$ so i figured id fix my mower as im offgrid on 152 acres and wanna drive on it lmao

Nice man your mower turned out awesome! Btw those stock vtwin carbs are horrible, I put a 42mm on mine (but a 38mm would probably run better) and had huge improvements. Hopefully I can get my mower done before riding season comes

drill the jet out next size of drill bit that will not fit i guess you did that but sweet build or rejeted motorcycle china carbs they seem always jeted to small like when one uses on a 212 predator lean unless one jets them but jet for 212 and try that what i do lol
