This bold guy you find him in every company, he hate his family and think work his second family

There's always that one guy somewhere who thinks working from home means not working. I think it's more a reflection on his personal work ethic than others. I work from home exclusively and it's easy to pull 12 hour work days without meaning to if you don't manage your time well. He's the guy drinking on the job because that's the first thing he thought of 😂

They won't have the best workers. I got offered a nice pay package from JP Morgan Chase but I ended up choosing another fully remote option. Now I'm glad I chose a fully remote option instead of a pretend hybrid offer.

Let’s remove all computers as well from work since we all want to go back to the way things used to be .

Successful investing is hard work because it means disciplining your mind to do the opposite of human nature. Buying during a panic, selling during euphoria, and holding on when you are bored and just craving a little action. Investing is 5% intellect and 95% temperament.

All the advances in communication and technology, only to go back to an industrial work format. 😂

The guy in the middle, has never ever worked hybrid or remote before yet believes 5 days is superior. Someone tell this guy that it's possibly to be productive, actually even more productive at your own in home office space where there is peace and quiet which gives the ability to focus even better. If they want to bring us back because they get kickbacks and further revenue from local governments, then just say so, but don't say it's about productivity or any other thing, it comes down to one thing and it's that these companies are greedy and want more money.

I have worked from home hybrid (2 days in office 3 at home) for 5 years and literally have never worked harder. Rather than spend 3 hours commuting into NYC daily- I am logging in early, logging off late- I'm available to fix any emergency situations. This is a huge mistake on JPMs part- a lot of their top talent will leave.

It's to stimulate the economy, but in fact, it will have the opposite effect

Return to a building full of desks, walls and computers.
I'm glad I left Blue Cross years ago, praying for all the new employees .

Whats the benefit to sitting in traffic everyday?

You know, the people making these decisions are not smart at all. I feel this is being done to stimulate the economy. However, it will travel the opposite effect. People have their bills set based on income. Once back in the office, all the extra costs for parking will limit any pur have of lunch or helping small businesses. With working from home, the income saved is spent on weekends, going shopping, out to eat, etc. So that will end. These people are not smart at all.

NO ONE learned nothing from the ability to remote work and evolve. We are going back in time lol Next thing you know we will get rid of cars and use horse and buggy

2025 and people still don't realize that the majority of the work can be done from your home. This is not retailing. I work writing code for a request a guy in india sent me and we get on zoom daily to do that. What part of that isn't remote? Why do I have to be in an office to do it? Stupidity at its finest. This will be the downfall of every company, specially finTECHS (emphasis on the TECH part) that doesn't realize people are no longer gonna accept this. The best manpower are just gonna leave, plain and simple.

Layoff without severance by voluntary departures. Don’t argue the benefits of rto, that’s not the point at all. The goal is for you to quit and have cost reductions in headcount, or backfilling at post inflation market rates.
