Fallout: New Vegas - How to Avoid Fighting Legate Lanius (100 Speech)

By the time you are spawned at the Hoover Dam in any of the game ending quests except the Legion's, you must have 100 speech skill, or 90 speech skill with the help of a magazine to boost it. These are the dialog options to choose in order to avoid fighting Legate Lanius.

Omg.... I understand now at 3:17 Legat says Violence gave you strenght i can see it upon your face were two bullets made their mark. The first bullet in the face is Ulyssses the other Courier courier 5 the one who wanted you to carry the package because he didnt know you were alive he thought you were dead he shot you. He knew benny would kill you. the second shot was benny he failed to this explains the next dlc.

I got to speech 85 before Veronica basically owned him
