I love the idea of taking it to ‘the ridiculous’ before you get to the end of brainstorming and it would sure work for redesign instead of the usual change the hemline, take out the sleeve, etc.

How lovely, this idea. I’ve just taken apart my first wedding dress (short lived and long time ago, happily married since) and plan on dying it to maybe refashion into a swishy skirt or something else. Thanks! P.s. I did wash it already! No texture appeared tho. Just got clean. 😂
