Mercedes-AMG E53 Coupé - pure SOUND!

Cold-Start & pure exhaust SOUND footage of the all-new 2018 / 2019 Mercedes-AMG E53 4Matic+ Coupe powered by an all-new 3.0 inline Six-Cylinder with 435 hp & 520 Nm of torque. The interesting part about this engine is the fact that it is enhance by an "ISG" wich allows to generate additional electric power on the drivetrain and deliver around 450hp in total. Another cool part is the exhaust sound which is very distinct yet different to the C43s we already know....very good job AMG! Nice sound! I really liked how the 43's V6 sounded (especially in the C43, with all the crackles), but the 53's sound is more appropriate to a Merc, as is the Inline-6 as a whole. Sounds much smoother.
I also noticed there's no starter motor sound! There's the small electric motor of the Mild Hybrid system doing its job!

I had a chance to own one, the convertible version.
This is one of the best car and best engine I never had. It's really like a carriage car, a real GT, not too insane like an e63. The exhaust sound is beautiful and the turbo is blowing like hell in sport mode. Hopefully next year I can own one again!

I would have loved if this car had a V8 like the other AMG's. It's a little frustrating that the S and C class have V8 powered coupe variants but for the E-Class there are none.

Finde persönlich das der E53 eigentlich ein sehr gelungenes Auto ist, bedeutend luxuriöse als die C Klasse dazu nicht weit entfernt von ner S Klasse. Würde sagen Preis/Leistung/Luxus ist das wahrscheinlich das best positionierte Modell.
