Diabetes is a global epidemic that is leading to a dramatic increase in one of the most debilitating diseases most have never heard of but soon will - Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD), which in its advanced stages Dr. Paul Michael of Palm Beach Heart & Vascular, calls it, "๐—–๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—™๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐˜!"

The big issue is the misdiagnosis and underdiagnosis leading to nearly 200,000 amputations performed annually due to PAD - more than 60% of those are in patients with Diabetes.

In our keynote presentation, Dr. Paul Michael with Palm Beach Heart & Vascular will paint the picture of what the near future is going to look like if Diabetes isn't controlled and doctors continue to brush off PAD as "Neuropathy" "Just part of aging" and "poor circulation."
