just had a huge "a-ha" moment watching this video. to me, it feels very similar to body building. you become so invested in the process, that the results dont even matter that much. and once i reach those goals, the moment of enjoyment will be fleeting anyway. yes i want to be bigger, yes i want to be stronger...but i know the path lies in doing the work day in and day out. i will be bigger and stronger, when it comes. until then, i just...kind of dont care that it happens. i know its happening, because im doing the work.
