This is very useful, I found value of course.
I was nominated for a training on Strategic Communications Planning that lasted for 3 days (yesterday 26th of may was the last day).

One topic was about the need for measurement and evaluation (M&E), to know what's working and how to tweak, one of the parameters for checking this is the times your brand been mentioned on the internet. Facilitator didn't go into depth how to do this, but this video helped me know one of the ways I can.
