I was afraid in my 20s and extremely shy. I knew it and knew it was a problem, but ignored it instead of confronting and dealing with it. 20 something years later. I am woke, but I am resentful towards myself because I wasn't bold enough or willing to put in the work to get what I want out of life. Today, the world has changed so much. It is a new world & I am trying to figure out how to thrive and navigate in it. So, I will leave by the Bible and live by faith.

Dear Joyce. Today I faced a fear head on after listening to both parts of your talk on facing fear I had developed 100 scenarios in my head for the outcome until finally I said I’ve had enough I’m giving this to you Jesus and I did it.
It turned out better than I could’ve imagined I felt a huge weight lifted, and Jesus showed me that nothing to fear Fear is as you say FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL
