The bank has rejected your complaint OR
You are not satisfied with bank's reply

You will get acknowledgement of complaint once the review is done by the Ombudsman. Within 30 days from your complaint, the Ombudsman will resolve the issue. They may contact you if any clarification is required.

Branch mein staff hi nahi hai counter choriye aap. Banks mein bohot staff shortage chal rahi hai. 1hi banda counter pe hota hai agar woh kisi din leave pe hai to koi nahi hota aur isme galti branch ki bhi nahi hai.

Despite all our efforts from 9:45 am to minimum 7 pm with a salary of just 45 k as an officier, u never know how frequently bankers are commiting suicide, in corona times also we bankers were warriors *which is ignored by the government, many bankers of the age between 28 and 35 have lost their life's, shame on u madam that how easily u are targeting the bankers.* we banker curse you for this mischief, hope u'll feel the same pressure one day

Exact timing to aapne bhi nhi bataya, and as per RBI aisa koi 9 -9:30 ka rule nhi hai, RBI rule kewal itna hai ki Branch open hone ke 15 minute pahle staff apne role pe aake system setup kr lena chaiye.

You make videos and shorts on what behaviours or actions by the bank Or it's employees objectionable and compliant worthy, I just wanna know how fast is the complaint readressal system of government sector banks is? Cos a common man just wants to get things done, honestly speaking filing complaint and not see the results is more painful than doing as they instructed
