From the Langfoss waterfall to the mountains of Lysebotn, this Norway road trip takes us further up north to the beautiful city of Bergen. If this Norway travel vlog series doesn't have you saving up for your trip here, I don't know what will.

We just returned from vacationing in Norway a few weeks ago, and we agree -- it's got to be one of the MOST beautiful places on this earth! Everywhere you turn and look is a highlight of your travels. I've never seen so much natural beauty all around me, all the time. Glad you two got to experience this incredible country. Cheers!

Beautiful pictures and great commentary. Being a Norwegian, it's always good to get other peoples view on how grateful we should be to live here:-) However, I guess we all get caught up in the every-day routines which catches you almost wherever you live for a longer period of your life hence videos and impressions from guests are really welcome to remember us to appreciate what we have.
Even though the weather is like a roller-coaster for us living in the Bergen-area, we adjust for it and appreciate the nice days even more. :-)
Lots of Norwegian will go for roadtrips during the Summertime, as this is normally the most inexpensive way for longer Holidays. In Norway we have our main Holidays late June to early August, and therefore the cities are normally less busy - at least the roads. Travelling in Norway by car doesnt have to be expensive - even though the cost of fuel and tool-roads in the main city is quite high. Most hotels will have Summer-discounts and it should be possible to find places to stay for less than 120 USD. AirbnB is also quite popular.
Restaurants are not cheap, but there are lots of good places to eat for 20 USD/person (at least if you DONT have anything but water to drink). Water is normally free everywhere, but alcohol and soda is extremely expensive in restaurants.
It is quite popular to ride on motorcycle-trips in Norway, and staying in tents (around 15 USD/night) or cabins (25-75 USD/night) is available several places. All depending on standard required :-).
Most Norwegian do like to go to Spain as the weather is really nice down there, and lots of Norwegian also buy houses in France/Italy/Spain.
My family have been to Florida for a 10 days trip and to France for 10 days this year (which is not the usual for us as the cost is still very high).
I've been thinking that we should make the choice to swap houses with another family for the Summer sometimes, as what we find exotic abroad may be the same as other find exotic here. :-) Maybe next year :-)

Anyway, please feel welcome to come to Norway :-)
