Even if it doesn't sink (it reached it's berth), there will be extensive internal damage which may prevent it from ever sailing again.
Ships don't react well to having salt water flood it's internal compartments. Even though the flooding was contained, it may still travel along electrical conduits, air conditioning, broken fuel or hydraulic lines, throughout the ship. All of thoses flooded systems, wiring and ducts will need to be replaced due to corrosion. Add blast and fire damage, and I doubt Russia will make the massive investment required.
