Senior Pentagon Officials Fired

It's been a rough week at the Pentagon...

Four senior officials have been removed, three permanently at the Pentagon amidst an ongoing leak investigation. This leaves Secretary Hegseth without some key senior advisers. Meanwhile, the appointment was announced of two younger gentlemen but it's not clear what their roles will be in DOD.

These kids are either going to be twitter trolls, or similar to DOGE, teenagers/people in their early 20s are being hired because they lack ‘ethics’.

When teenagers/kids in their early 20s are hired for these extremely senior roles, they understand this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Therefore, these kids are more likely to be ‘yes’ men, and they will be less like to refuse orders that are viewed as illegal/unconstitutional; they are more likely to act without thinking about legal consequences. They’re the perfect scapegoat.
