very impressive, when I looked up women bench records here on yt - most of the women did not look like women to me - especially the ones with a beard -
Of note - this lady did not have to lower the bar as far to get to her chest as I do (a man)
I don't understand how women (real women) can be this strong.

I pressed more than 140kg after approx 2 years of casual training followed by 1 year of a little more focused training and the only drug I took was alchohol, every weekend, all the while on a less than optimal food regiment as well.
