Lebanon's parliamentary system is supposed to offer a balance of power between religious groups, but some say it's allowed for dysfunction, mismanagement and corruption instead. And as the elections approach, others ask if it's democratic at all. Imogen Kimber takes a look.

We have six religions in our country, but we never used the Lebanese Proportional Religion System.
