Very sweet fig Strawberry Verte, brix 43.5 - July 26, 2024

This is an example of how much sweetness a fig can gain if it starts to dry on a tree. Needed is a hot, sunny weather with low humidity for this to happen. You may find that this is too sweet for your taste buds, but it is a good exercise of being patient and experiencing something new.

Hello Zarko, I have a question hopefully you can help. Have you ever used the Bonide Sulfur on your trees for Fig mites/ Mosaic? and if so did it work? Thanks very much

what if you wipe off most jam on the device but at least leave some of its transparent, sticky liquid on it and see again if the test result of sweetness remains the same? I am just curious
