I stumbled upon Larkin Poe at The Byron Bay Bluesfest while waiting for Samantha Fish to come on stage next!!!! Their style of blues tore the canvas roof off the marquee. I was having a bad feeling for Samantha's upcoming set. As it turned out, I needn't have worried, they each had their own LP did two hour long shows. Sam did three one hour and one two hour show and after five hours she didn't play the same song twice. UNFORTUNATELY!!!! the organisers, stupidly, saw fit to put them into the smaller marquees where there were no film
