I haven't even tried yet. Trying to get my characters to at least level 75, so they don't die from a random crit. I wish the 2x rewards comes soon, so i can use the 10 refuel energy for it, and level Yangqing and Pela to at at least 60.


From a meta perspective, I'm glad i have most of the SS and S units because that makes the game easier. Ironically, the only one that has the best relics is Tingyun except for the cape being purple. Everything for her as an attack substat.

Their position on their column does not really matter in this list. They are arranged in alphabetical order. Sushang being last is only because her name starts with S.

Qingque is my main and I love love her. She's not nearly as RNG as she seems. Can plan and play around her tiles. Timing ult, etc.

Fire MC shield is so underwhielming that i completely ignore that and build her as a bruiser for the lol instead, turn out not bad tbh if u have gepard lightcone, but i would not recommend it to everyone tho, it's a huge gear requirement but not that great of a result for the amount of gear i invest

Do we know if there will be a way yet to get past characters? Or is it literally waiting until their banner comes around again? Do they eventually get put into normal recruit?

QQ definitely hit like a truck!! E6 QQ + S1 Before dawn/ S5 BP LC definitely is S rank.... and if her E4 passive triggered, straight S+ rank... of course, it is all RNG, and thats the best thing about her~~ XD

I was only able to get 23/30, but that is good enough for me. I don't like the enemies that revive which I find super annoying. But it is good to see Pela getting moved up. She's been a great help for MoC as well I enjoyed her more character development from the Museum event. Also I think the tier list is based on Alphabetical order not who is better than the other on the list with how you were saying with Sushang for instance she's at the bottom of the tier list because of that.

As long as you account for Qingque burning 2-3 skill points (net 1-2 after e6), she is great.

Her base multiplier is great (once 4 set), and her self buff is insane.

The. Just play smart with her ult, it can be a safety net if you get unlucky, or it can be used to have qingque be a skill point generator for 1 round if you run low because of an emergency.

I would put Tingyun in C tier. She might have the best taunt in the game, but compared to the other tanks, she just lacks survivability

Terrible list, heavily biased towards 5 stars and overrate them with no reason, simply because they are 5 stars, and underrate many 4 stars. The CN community tierlist is much more fair and reasonable, with actual testing as evidence.

Silver Wolf is the only S+ in CN, as she should be, no one is on SW level, period. Bailu on S+ is a joke, she only heals with no utility, worse than Natasha and only there due to 5 stars bias and healer scarcity. Same with Yanqing, if he's S then Sushang should also be S, because she's simply better than him overall, outdamages him in actual testing, way more consistent, and is the 3rd most used dps in MoC in survey, only behind the obvious 2 and way more than Yanqing, 5 star bias. Clara on S as a "defensive support" is a laughing stock of a placement, she has ZERO support capability, not even break, the only "support" thing she does is draw more aggro, which is still inconsistent and much worse than FireMC taunt, the only reason she got put to S is because she's a 5 stars, so even with mediocre dps they don't want to put her lower, hence just slot her into support category despite it making no sense whatsoever. Also one of the reason is because they want to put Himeko in A, despite her extremely low usage in MOC and horrible damage in CN testing, Hook is so much better as a Fire dps, 5 star bias again. Bronya also should not be higher than Tinyun, and especially not higher than Pela.

Many of the 4 stars are underrated, while most 5 stars are overrated, the only 5 stars that actually derserve their rating are SW, Welt and maybe JY (not counting FireMC).
