Afterlife Research with Oliver Lazar

Oliver Lazar, DrMed, received his doctorate in the natural sciences of medicine. Since 2012, he has been a professor of computer science in Düsseldorf, at Germany’s largest private university. After the tragic accidental death of a classmate of his then 13-year-old daughter in 2017, he underwent a complete life change combined with profound personal spiritual experiences. As a result, he conducted the EREAMS Study (Empirical Research of the Effectiveness and Authenticity of Messages from Spirit). He is author of Beyond Matter: The Moving Experiences of a Scientist with the Spiritual World and his Afterlife Research.

After 17 years of unwarranted guilt from my sons death I skeptically contacted a medium who told me things she had no way of knowing and it made me realize I was living in unwarranted guilt and that mental torture has not kept torturing me. In fact it has opened me to learning so much more about consciousness and our connection. I hope science never stops. I know I will never stop learning with an open mind.

Thank you for your study. I want to get your book Beyond Matter. My family lineage is steeped in German science, and I am quite sure I'm the only one in my clan who's taken a mediumship course and practiced sitting with other students. Now as I begin graduate school in material science (public health), I'm fascinated to see if I can create a project that proposes the kind of healing I've experienced in ways that are beyond explanation within structure of public health. In other words, studies like yours give me hope that more bridges can be built between material science and whatever is the unnamed beyond.
