At Milton Hershey School, houseparents are married couples who live in private apartments attached to student homes. In the student home, they care for 8 to 12 students. From helping students get ready for school each morning to preparing dinner, houseparents play vital and rewarding roles in the mission of MHS. They get to work with their spouse, impacting children's lives not just on a yearly basis, but on an hourly basis as well.
