She needs a raise, more money or an elevation in her field. She needs the respect of all her peers, and they need to start emulating what she is all about, and how she conducts herself on her program.

This is why I watch msnbc, people like joy Reid, Tameran hall, Chris Matthew's, Chris Hayes, Rachel Maddow and Lawrence O'Donnell. All good shows. You can tell they lean left but when you watch them you realize whats better, right is wrong.
