ABOUT DANNY
-----------------------
Thanks for stopping by. I created this website as a resource just for you to support you on your golfing journey as I know how tricky learning this game can be…to say the least!

I personally found learning the game too long and difficult in the early days. I read all the books, watched all the videos but my game was not improving. Then after studying various forms of neuro science, motor learning, psychology and personal development in less than two years I went from struggling golfer to the final stage of the Open Championship.

Be prepared though. If its a quick fix you are after Im not your man. Here I will give you step-by-step advice that you can take straight to the practice ground and apply to the course but it will require you to get stuck in, screw up…a lot, practice some more and then watch those scores tumble

I’ve had the pleasure of coaching thousands of students all around the world and if you are up for the challenge and are ready to get in the game…LETS GO TO WORK!

I have been watching your video for a few weeks now and practicing religiously. This video I cannot say did it all for me. I believe all of them benefiting in getting me in position to understand this video and perform it. I love this video because I can see my path was all over the place. Just so helpful. I can now look at blades of grass during my practice swing to get that feel. Yet really, that forward tee really helped me to get the butt to come in, which is something I've never done intentionally, only instinctively.

You can watch so many golf videos where nothing really changes in your swing. With this tee drill and the approach to releasing the swing (faster and without the body following)- something really clicked for me. My slice just turned straight for the first time in a while! Will keep practicing. Thank you Danny!

Exactly. I like how you break this down simply into the natural swing, the release, the throwing of the club, while at the same time keeping the movement athletic and relaxed. My brain's learning and now my body needs to catch up. Thanks.

Sequencing and error recognition are the foundation to building a better swing - EXCELLENT video, especially the last, "moving thru the line - fire" - the key to effortless power...

Hi Danny, I’ve just taken this lesson to the range using 2 golf balls rather than tees. Just the best swing thoughts I have seen and has made such a difference to the strike and got rid of my normal slightly right to left divot. I’ve been playing for 40 years plus and it has just given the swing a different and more powerful feel. Thanks

Thanks Danny. Love your teaching style! I played baseball up until around age 26 and then started golf around 34 so had some bad swing habits. You’ve helped me focus on fundamentals of swing and not “ overthink” it and shot my best rounds ever in last 2 rounds! (83)

Explanation of the club working out to the ball and using the tee pegs clicked for me (my tendency is to hook the ball). Still a little struggle with the longer clubs because I tend to get quick but I'm taking dead aim with my irons. Using this information, I broke 80 for the first time yesterday, shooting 78. I practice using the tee peg setup and when I playing a round I visualize the tee pegs in place before each swing. Amazing stuff!

Started watching your videos a week ago, had the week off so spent most of it at the range. Handicap 23, shot ten over today in a club comp. Thank you very much.

This is a great lesson Danny, I think that's the best description and breakdown of the release that I've seen on YouTube. It all makes sense and you explain it really well. I've been able to identify the feeling of release at the range when I hit it well but found it hard to identify exactly what I was doing to enable me to replicate it and gain consistency, it just "feels" right but your video has really helped explain the mechanics of it. Great stuff.

May be the first video that explains when to fire the club👍👏. Danny you continue to be the leader in getting to the crux of the issue. I see my body thrusting aimlessly to generate zero speed on its way out the door.

Danny - the throwing the club is a perfect add-on to the 6 minute drill video you did a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't sure what to do with my body and club halfway down on my downswing. Now I know. Thanks

"Move through the line & fire!", a brilliant tip that can be visualised easily both from both behind & facing the swing. Greatly looking forward to trying it. Thank you.

Danny, I learned a lot from your lessons. My game improves from scoring 100's last year to 80's now. In fact, I got Hole in One last Thursday at Pelham Hills golf course in Ontario Canada.
I was so excited and had bought everyone a beer that day for celebration 😹🍾.
I will keep up practice on your drills and hope that I can score under 80 next year.

Danny, thank you for all your videos. The last couple really hit home for me. I now feel very comfortable with how my hands are on the grip, and able to feel centered as I swing back and thru. The results, "what a game changer", so many shots feel pure and almost effortless with great results. Makes the game so much more fun...Thank You!

In the first 6 minutes I just noticed sooo many imperfections in my swing. Wow!!! Great lesson. Thanks!!!👍

This lesson is perfect for what I am dealing with, spraying the ball and then suddenly becoming accurate, then spraying the ball. Your step by step approach is what I need to better dial in the timing. The last step with the tennis racket reminded me of the days when I would work with my sons and swinging the baseball bat. Much the same thing, getting the bat to come through at the right moment. Thanks for peeling the layers back to better understand how to go from bad to good to great mechanics of an effortless swing.
