What an incredible album. Was more familiar already with the songs in the first half, but I have to say that the second half is possibly where the soul of the album shines the most. Just tremendously melodic. "The White Swan" is completely fantastic.

Some of these songs have a mesmerizing deep melancholy to them. I think this could be my favorite Amorphis album, but it’s too hard to choose!

Finnish metal is always good, every subgerne, every album. Suomi rules. Hell even some commercial pop from Finland is good. I only sometimes wish Amorphis sing in Finnish language.
