Thanks Jennifer for loving what you do, making these videos, and making sure everyone is in the know. Last March I moved to Dallas, TX. And so did 500, 000 people. Somehow I ended up in a situation where my lender was married to my real estate agent. They found this house for me to buy. But I was shocked by the depravity of the house and its location. Between "Daisy"and "Donald" we're talking about 30 years of OJT. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!?!? I didn't end up buying that house and found me an apartment to rent. God Himself knows I've been looking for someone like yourself, Jennifer.

We bought our house in 2018 and our interest rate was 5.6% then in 2020 we refinance and got a rate of 3.5% also if your a veteran and are 100% disabled like my husband. In the state of Texas you don’t have to pay property taxes you get an exemption.

Me and my husband closed on our home a little over a month ago using my VA. We are still in shock that we got approved, seller paid 4 percent of our closing costs because we had no money for closing and we also got our earnest money back at closing. Our lender and realtor were awesome, they truly worked a miracle for us and got us our wonderful home and we're truly grateful.

I am a rated disabled California resident Veteran using my VA Home program for the second time. The first time I used it, home was sold (no short sale) back in 2002 and so my entitlement should be completely restored. What I'm doing though is building a Log home up in the local mountains. I've already purchased the land outright. The difficult part is finding a VA certified builder and lender! Any help would be much appreciated! SO HAPPY TO have found your channel! ❤🙏

The VA loan is the greatest benefit we as active duty/veterans have from our service. I bought a million dollar 4 unit in a great Chicago neighborhood last June. No money came out of pocket and the place cash flows and is building so much equity. Use your VA loan!!!!

Another thing about VA loans is that if you're a service connected veteran; you won't have to pay a VA funding fee for the loan. However, if you weren't at the time of setting up the loan for your home; then you will be able to request a refund from the VA once you're service connected!
