The HÖHENRAUSCH is a popular art exhibition series in Linz and was premiering in 2009, when Linz was European Capital of Culture. It presents a multi-part exhibition introducing contemporary art and cultural themes. Hundreds of artworks were specifically chosen, erected, atmospherically installed, or newly produced for the location. The event features world-renowned artists as well as newcomers and established talents from the regional and Austrian scene. The high tower is the one and only platform that allows views onto the rooftops of Linz.
Since the beginning of HÖHENRAUSCH, over 1,3 million visitors have visited this unique parcourse
