The Dems seem to stick by their idea of "be decent people and set a good example for the others" while the others find loopholes and strategies to beat them. Seems to me the Dems need to go for a few loopholes and strategies too, at least long enough to get control of the house, senate and presidency and permanently close some of the worst loopholes that were used against them. Either play hard into the future or get into a position to force the others to play nice.
