But note that they are not compatible with Festool or even the old Metabo line called Metaloc. They will stack, but not lock.
I had to return the box I bought.

I like to hear "its kinda hard to get these". Now you know how hard it is for us in Europe to get special deals on Milwaukee tools etc, while Metabo is in every tool shop here :D However, thanks for nice review. I just ordered the wider 145L and 165L metaboxes. I have about 8 Milwaukee packouts containers, but always held off going all out because of how expensive they are, and they never go on sale, so I've still got a bunch of contractor bags laying around like a sucker.
I want to get some Hikoki cases to go with these. They make 1/2 size and 1/4 size. You can fit 2 halves on the 15 x 11 box, and 4 quarter boxes on that, and they still lock in, then put another full size on top of those.

Never seen/heard of Metabo. This is far more ingenious than Milwaukee I hadn't already bought packout!

MetaBOX are Festool Systainer 3s with Bosch L-BOXX features and a more rugged construction
I absolutely love these, I just hope they are more readily available here in SouthEast Asia

To clarify: ip65 protects against jets of water from any angle while ip43 protects against sprays of water when the box is tilted up to 60 degrees from vertical for three minuets, so you may see a difference in protection if the boxes live the the bed of a truck.

I am an amateur but wanted a good and handsome toolbox, I really liked packout and L-boxx but they are really huge! Metabo looks good with that sizes, I hope they have organiser inserts for the small pieces.
