Citrix VDI - Can't start desktop error

In this video, I tried troubleshooting the issue I was experiencing in the test environment, I was not able to launch VDI and the machine was in Unregistered state, did some troubleshooting to fix the issue.

Hi bro. There is an issue like in a server there are 3 applications. User is able to launch 2 apps when it is coming to 3rd app a pop up is coming and disappears within a second.
No issue with receiver
Profile reseted
Temp profile deleted
Removed from group n readded..
Still unable to launch
What else can be done ? Plz guide
