I gave up on my Salah+Haaland team last week with a WC. Haaland had to be let go for a more balanced side but bloody hell 🤦‍♂️. Still not awful because everybody who came in returned but so did everybody who went out, especially the obvious

Not only have Salah and Haaland drafts performed very well thus far, but next GW they look extremely good with arsenal v spurs and even Chelsea going to Bournemouth for Palmer/Saka/Son owners.

Wildcard 6/7 looks good for me imo, I really don’t have any issues in my team at all but I expect that to change imminently. 91 pts and 110k rank.

“Eze or Diaz?” ….you replied “Eze all day long”without even thinking. Not sure it’s that clear cut at all personally. Liverpool score 2.5 times the goals palace do, Diaz is nailed, in form and clearly loving the Slot set up. Diaz is the best 7.5m option by a mile for me and he has two cracking home fixtures coming up. He’s an even better option for the teams without Salah. Just think it’s worth a lot more consideration than you gave it. Not hating, agree with 90% of your thoughts, just think you’re totally sleeping on Diaz….the only thing I would say against getting him is he’s scored 32pts already so maybe missed the wedding and don’t wanna go to the funeral but way things are going with the upcoming fixtures think he has to be strongly considered.
Not sure why no one is considering Digne over Konsa either?

I have both salah and haaland and got 96 with no chips played, Lewis, Robinson, eze, isak, havertz all with returns

I wildcarded after gw2 specifically to get Haaland into my team along with Salah, and got 89 points this week. Also had Cole Palmer, I expected him to outscore Saka and Chelsea were a bit of a letdown vs Palace.

Didn't have Salah or Haaland for the first 3 game weeks and have somehow, kind of kept up with things, but been very lucky. No more.. I will now be Mr Template and get Haaland and João Pedro in for GW4!

To be honest I went with Haaland and Salah coz I wanted to have a solid start and I didn’t know who was the better option. Also it is a lot easier to go away from them and then to bring them in if they were to start well.

I played my Wildcard this week. I was initially optimistic after using the AI Team Rating thingy and following a lot of the tip and chat from this channel. My team rating was 95% but after 2 weeks my Overall Rating was 5.9m, so I pulled it. This week was better - I moved back up another 1.2m places, but to be honest, I almost always play my Wildcard before the international break. Curse you for sticking with Eze, Andy - I swapped him for Madueke. :(

Also, Arne Slot seems to have coached Luis Diaz into finding his scoring form. He was always a livewire player, but his inconsistency was frustrating. I hope his scoring form continues!

Don’t get anyone complaining about ‘team balance’ with Haaland & Salah drafts. I’ve had both since GW1 and I’m buzzing with the rest of my team. Top 70k atm. Even when I wildcard, I will be building the team around Salah & Haaland

Couldn’t quite understand how so few teams started with both this season? The rest of the team didn’t suffer too much with assets like Joao Pedro, Robinson, Rogers, Smith Rowe on a budget. 82 points between the TWO of them in 3 weeks.

If they failed then at least you had the money to redistribute.

Its absolutely possible to have salah +haaland, I went a step further with Haaland + Salah + Palmer and it has worked out so far, well see in the future
