I read on a Cisco forum that these steps do not reset the password/voicemail that it only does a reset of the phone? I'm ignorant, not snarky :) will this indeed reset the voicemail/password/pin

Hey, I did all of this 6 times! It's saying "file not found-DISTINCTIVE", it goes straight back to the last persons name on my phone. What do I do!?!

Sir, After all that, My CISCO Phone 7940 always stuck either at Configuring VLAN or Ethernet Disconnect, please sir give me a solution. I want to use my IP phone at office.

I did this 10 times and still would not reset. And still cant listen to voicemail cause the password is from a former employee
