We had a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids - 16 yrs and 12 yrs old). Our trip was on Mar 27, 2019. Our guide was David and our driver was Joe. Right from the beginning (when we met David), everything was so well organized. I have not seen such a professional tour guide (David) with so much knowledge. When we boarded, everybody was given a Vox (radio) unit and a headphone. David's presentation skills were beyond comparison. David also ensured that everybody seats at the same place on the bus to avoid confusion at each stop. At each and every moment, he wanted to make sure everybody is safe (such as making sure safety belts are on, looking at both sides when you cross the street etc.). There was a lady in the tour who had lost her passport, and David was concerned and offered help and guidance to her. David ensured all departure times at the stops are strictly followed, although the credit goes to the passengers as well to maintain those schedules. Kudos also goes to Joe for driving us around, including on busy streets and still maintaining the schedule. During return, David followed up with each and every passenger to ensure they had a good time and if anybody has any questions. Also, David managed to enquire where everybody would like to be dropped off (on the way) if that would be convenient to some passengers rather than all being dropped off at Victoria Station. I have taken more than 30 guided tours worldwide, but this tour definitely was the best. I would like to thank David and Joe for making this tour so memorable.
